Here's an idea for a forum game. I'll start off by giving a random skill. The next person to post "balances" the skill and then leaves a different skill for the next person to balance and so on.

If Focused Shot hits, you strike for +10...22 damage but all of your other attack skills are disabled for 5...3 seconds. Skills are not disabled if you are under the effects of a Preparation.

Interrupt target foe's action. If target is suffering from a Mesmer hex and activating a skill, all foes in the area are interrupted and take 20...50 damage. (think of it as Cry of Frustration and not extremely secondary abusable)

Hex Spell. For X seconds, this skill does nothing. When this hex ends, for each second this hex has been active target foe takes Y damage and Z seconds of burning.

Enchantment Spell. For 30 seconds, whenever you cast a Monk spell that targets an ally, that ally is healed for 10...32 Health, and you lose 2 Energy.

10 e 3 cast 30 recharge
Move to smiting prayers. Enchantment spell. Bring back target ally with 25...40% health and 0...15% energy. For 8...18 seconds that all does an additional 3...13 damage with attacks.

target foe moves 50% slower for 10 seconds. each second, if they do not use a skill, they move 5% slower than the last second. when wastrel's collapse ends or is removed, that target is knocked down and crippled for 10 seconds, and you shadowstep to them.
